Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Ethics Act – The Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Ethics Act includes guidelines applicable to public officials and public employees of the State of Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½, mostly related to avoiding conflicts of interest and use of public property for private gain. University of South Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ employees fall under the definition of public employees of the State of Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½, thus must abide by this Act. The Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ State Legislature may periodically amend the Act with new laws. Click here for more information.
