There are hundreds of independent scholarship search engines on the Internet, some of them are more reliable and legitimate than others. Students should not have to pay for a scholarship search or to apply for a scholarship, though they may have to 鈥渞egister鈥 with an email address. This application process will determine your eligibility for federal student aid programs, such as, the Pell grant, Federal Supplemental Opportunity grant (FSEOG), college work-study and student loans as well as notify the institution of your choice of your eligibility.
